Practical instruction built for real work.
Wayne Michael Bell founded B-Ready Training to help companies develop safer, more confident equipment operators and capable internal trainers.
Engineering and manufacturing foundation
Wayne earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering with a Minor in Enterprise from Michigan Technological University. His career includes more than a decade in engineering and manufacturing, spanning materials and metallurgical work, automotive laboratories, production support, technical service, electrification manufacturing and engineering project management.
Equipment-training experience
Wayne has delivered operator and Train-the-Trainer programs across Michigan in manufacturing plants, universities, public schools, government operations, sports and entertainment venues, correctional facilities, pharmaceutical and chemical operations, environmental laboratories and specialized industrial workplaces.
His training connects the rule to the reason: how the equipment works, what can go wrong and what the operator can do to prevent it.

The B-Ready approach
B-Ready comes to the customer’s facility so instruction and practical evaluations can reflect the actual equipment, traffic patterns, surfaces, work areas and hazards employees encounter. Programs are available for PIT/forklifts, AWP/MEWPs, overhead cranes and Train-the-Trainer needs.
Beyond the classroom
Family man first. Wayne enjoys designing, mentoring and the outdoors. The same curiosity, hands-on problem solving and focus on helping people that shape B-Ready are part of life beyond work as well.
