B-Ready is led by Wayne Bell, an industrial trainer with an engineering and manufacturing background and extensive hands-on experience around mobile work equipment, production environments, machining, equipment setup, quality, and problem solving.
Before launching B-Ready, Wayne served as a corporate safety trainer delivering powered industrial truck, aerial work platform, and overhead-crane training in demanding industrial, institutional, government, and large-venue environments. His training was consistently well received for being practical, understandable, and grounded in what operators actually face on the job.
That combination of technical thinking and field experience shapes the B-Ready approach: explain the “why,” connect it to the equipment and workplace, build operator awareness, and verify that the learner can apply the lesson safely — not simply sit through a class.
